1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the service of Free Course (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these T&Cs at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 1 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

- The Service will meet your specific requirements.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in São Paulo City, São Paulo.
